Fundación Agrolíbano conducts weekly Developmental Stimulation sessions with at least 50 children ages 3 to 5 from Altos de Estiquirín, Tamarindo, and Santa Cruz, strengthening their cognitive, emotional, communication, and motor development. Through games, storytelling, songs, and hands-on activities, the sessions foster skills, independence, and learning that help prepare children for the transition to school. The initiative also engages volunteers from the participating communities, strengthening local capacities and promoting shared responsibility among families and communities for children’s development. This work is part of Fundación Agrolíbano’s approach to helping reduce deprivations associated with multidimensional poverty.
