With the participation of 47 community leaders, volunteers, teachers, and parents from the communities of Laurelada, El Porvenir, Agua Agria, Pedrerito, and El Espino, the second Community-Based Health and Holistic Well-being Workshop was held. During this gathering, we explored self-care practices such as meditation, biodance, and mindful silence, strengthening the connection between body, mind, and spirit. This space offered an opportunity to nurture both personal and collective well-being, promoting a more conscious, balanced, and healthy life from the heart of our communities. Thank you to everyone who joined with enthusiasm and commitment. https://youtu.be/IIVXdQt0ryk?si=6vjjp-DtRvEPz7Fz
